The COVID-19 tally of Assam on Saturday morning rose to 266 as seven people were found to be coronavirus positive, tweeted Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma
He further informed that six of these people are from Hojai and are quarantined at Sarusajai quarantine centre in Guwahati.
The other person, who is also in quarantine, is originally from Dhibri, Sarma further said.

With these new cases, Assam now has 205 active cases and 54 patients have already recovered.
Four persons have died of COVID-19 so far in the state and three patients have migrated out from the state.
On Friday, 49 COVID-19 positive cases were reported in Assam.
