The Congress in Assam has announced 5 guarantees for the State if voted to power.
These guarantees were announced by top Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi during a mega campaign rally at Tezpur in Assam.

The five guarantees that Priyanka Gandhi announced are:
- Ensure, CAA will not be implemented in Assam.
- Free 200 unit of electricity.
- 2000/per month to homemakers in Assam.
- Minimum wage of 365/day to Tea Garden Workers.
- Generation of 5 lakh jobs in the State.

A sea of people turned up for the mega campaign rally of Priyanka Gandhi in Tezpur.
All the top Assam Congress leaders accompanied Priyanka Gandhi in the rally.
BPF Chief Hagrama Mohilary, whose party recently joined the Grand Alliance after snapping ties with the BJP, was also present in the mega rally.

Earlier in the day on her second day of Assam visit, Priyanka Gandhi visited Sadharu Tea Estate in Biswanath district and interacted with the tea workers community there.

Priyanka Gandhi also had meal at the residence of a local tea garden worker.
