‘Beating the odds’: Assam’s Lovlina Borgohain, Manipur’s Mirabai Chanu feature in Vogue India cover

Tokyo Olympics medallist – Lovlina Borgohain from Assam, Mirabai Chanu from Manipur and ace shuttler PV Sindhu have featured on the cover of Vogue.

Weightlifter Mirabai Chanu had won silver in the Tokyo Olympics. Boxer Lovlina Borgohain and badminton star PV Sindhu had won bronze medal.

The athletes, who brought laurels for the country in the Tokyo Olympics, featured in the 14th-anniversary issue of Vogue India.
