The Assam MLA has written to the principal secretary of the Assam Legislative Assembly informing him about the missing of his bicycle.
In his letter to the principal secretary of Assam Legislative Assembly, the MLA said his bicycle has remained missing since Thursday morning from his C-2 residence, which was parked on the ground floor.

Seeking the principal secretary’s intervention in the recovery of the missing bicycle, Saikia wrote in the letter: “I would like to request you kindly to look into the matter for the recovery of the same.”
In the Facebook post in Assamese, Mrinal Saikia wrote: “Someone has taken away my bicycle from the parking place of my government residence in Guwahati.”
“I am investigating through the CCTV camera and sent a letter to the principal secretary informing him about the whole incident,” Saikia wrote in the post.
He has asked the person, who has lifted his bicycle, to immediately keep the bicycle at the place from where it was taken away.
