To refresh the minds of COVID-19 patients, a yoga therapy session was conducted at Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati on Sunday.
The yoga session was conducted by a yoga expert through videoconferencing.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also promoting the significance of yoga during telephonic conversations with international leaders.
During a telephonic conversation with United States President Donald Trump on Saturday, Modi touched upon the significance of practices such as Yoga and Ayurveda for ensuring physical and mental well-being of the people in these difficult times.
Modi also discussed the utility of yoga and traditional herbal medicines while having a telephonic conversation with the Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sanchez.
He also shared 3D animated videos of him performing yoga on Twitter after a person asked him about his fitness routine during a ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme.
Yoga is one of the best ways of keeping oneself fit as well as a de-stressing method which can have multiple health benefits.
