Guwahati: Two college students were killed in a motorcycle accident in Dhubri, Assam on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Abu Syed Ahmed and Firoz Rahman.

They were killed in the motorcycle accident after colliding with an electric pole.

Locals in the area claimed the students were speeding on the bike when they suddenly lost control.

Bystanders and nearby residents rushed to the scene to assist after the accident.

However, they did not survive the accident.

Police said that they died before they could be taken to the hospital.

Police also said no one else was injured in the accident.
