Assam education minister Ranuj Pegu further said that no decision has been taken as of yet for resumption of lower classes.

Meanwhile, the Assam government has decided to roll back its previous decision to reserve 75 per cent seats in all government colleges for undergraduate courses for AHSEC students.

Pegu said that 75 percent reservation of seats in colleges for students of AHSEC will not be applicable in urban areas.
