The Assam Cabinet on Tuesday finalized the holiday list of the State for the year 2020.
The holiday list was finalized at a meeting held under the chairmanship of state chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
According to the holiday list, government employees are offered 35 days of full holiday and 31 days of restricted holiday.
The two half-holidays in the Assam Holiday 2019 list are August 30, 2020, for Muharram and October 30 for Laxmi Puja.
