“One person pretending to be an SBI officer from Delhi called me and asked me to give me ATM  number of my husband’s account, saying if I don’t then the account will be seized,” she further wrote.

“Out of panic I gave away the details and when I visited the branch later, I found that Rs 41,000 was deducted from the account,” Das further wrote in the complaint.

“I request the police to take immediate action and trace the culprits and arrest them,” she added.
