“It is a shocking incident. The school authority has violated the child right and human right under Article 51(A) of the Constitution of India,” Kutumba Surakshya Parishad president Satya Ranjan Borah said in a letter submitted to Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu here on Thursday.

“This is a painful and gross violation of Article 51 AC) of the Constitution of India,” Borah said in the letter.
