West Bengal chief minister and TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee, on Tuesday, offered prayers at the Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, Assam.

Mamata Banerjee landed at the LGBI airport in Guwahati at around 1:30 in the afternoon.
From the airport, she headed straight to the Kamakhya Temple.
After completion of her “private visit”, the West Bengal CM will head back to Kolkata.
This is Mamata Banerjee’s first visit to any Northeast state, after her party made inroads in Tripura, Meghalaya and Assam.
