The students were informed about World Happiness Report and our country lags behind in the same.

Experts said happiness index is inversely proportional to the rate of suicides and it needs to be curbed.

Various warning signs like addiction to alcohol, anxiety and restlessness and also preventive measures like education, counseling and togetherness were discussed to make a positive difference.

Around 400 students, 25 teachers and about 20 guardians attended the lecture.

The motivation of the locals and students was evident both in terms of strength and interest.

By organizing such events, the Army is aiming to shape the minds of young buds and reduce the stigma about mental health.
