The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) gets ready to declare the HSLC/AHM Examination 2021 results on July 30 while the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will declare the HSSLC results on July 31.
Both the HSLC and HSSLC examinations 2021 could not be held due to the Covid19 situation.

The evaluations have been done on the basis of data provided by the evaluation committees.
In a press release issued on Wednesday, SEBA secretary Suranjana Senapati said the evaluation of all candidates of HSLC/AHM Examination, 2021, was done on the basis of data provided by the School Evaluation Committee as well as District Level Scrutiny Committee, constituted by the Assam government.
The candidates “results will be declared through the Results Gazette in PDF format and the Roll Numbers of the candidates, who are declared passed, will be provided therein”.

There are a total of 4,38,828 candidates of 7,301 schools under SEBA in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC)/Assam High Madrassa (AHM) Examination, 2021.
HSLC examination results will be declared for a total of 4,26,553 candidates including 1,97,565 male and 2,28,988 female while AHM examination results will be declared for a total of 12,275 candidates including 47,23 male and 7,552 female.
The students will have to download their digital mode of Marks-sheets through websites or can view their Marks-Sheet through Mobile App from 11:00 AM on July 30, 2021.
For downloading the Marks-sheet, students will have to enter their Roll and No. in the space provided.
For example: If the Roll is B2-0001, No. is 0012 then candidates will have to enter —

Mobile App: SEBA Results 2021 —
It has to be downloaded from Google Play Store developed by Pan India Internet Private Limited.
The Mobile App will have viewing as well as downloading facility of the marksheets.
The Mobile App also contains some other features for providing additional materials to the students
“As per para 7 of Govt. Notification No. AHE202/2020/24 dated 11/05/2020, like previous year, this year also all the educational institutions will arrange for admission of the candidates in Class XI based on the digital marks-sheet after verification of results through Results Gazette which will be provided to each educational institution, digitally,” Senapati stated.
“No hard copy of the Results Gazette will be provided to the schools. However, Member Secretary / EDP of SEBA Regional Office will ensure its distribution among the schools of their district concerned.”
“The results of each student shall also be verified through the website of SEBA “sebaonline.org” and also by referring to the Mobile App “SEBA Results 2021?. In case of any doubt, educational institutions will have to refer the Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) for verification,” the SEBA secretary said.
The date of providing hard copy of Marks-sheet and certificate shall be notified in due course.
To redress the grievances of the students, a Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted in each district under the chairmanship of ADC (i/c Education).
Students may submit their grievances through the respective Inspector of School of the district concerned.
Special Examination: If a candidate is not satisfied with the results published on the basis of data provided by School Evaluation Committee, they may appear in the Special Examination to be conducted just after the publication of results.
Candidates appearing in Special Examination will have to appear in the theory portion of all the six papers wherein their IA Marks and Practical Marks will be considered from the existing data which are already provided to SEBA.
“For the candidate, who will appear in Special Examination, the electronic Mark-sheet provided based on the data of School Evaluation Committee will stand cancelled and a new Mark-sheet will be provided to those candidates based on the marks obtained in Special Examination,” Senapati said.
The link for applying for Special Examination will be available on SEBA Official website (https://sebaonline.org).
Candidates will be able to apply for Special Examination in the portal through their respective school authority.
The portal will be live from August 5-August 12, 2021 and the date of the Special Examination will be notified in due course, she added.
The AHSEC secretary in a press release on Wednesday said the Council will declare the results of the HS Final examination 2021 on July 31, 2021 at 9 AM.
The results will be sent to all the educational institutions/examination centres under AHSEC to their respective emails before 9 AM on July 31, 2021, the AHSEC secretary said.
There are a total of 2,49,812 candidates including 38,430 in science stream, 1,91,855 in Arts, 18,443 in Commerce and 1,081 in Vocational.
There were 820 Examination Centres out of 1,498 institutions under the AHSEC.
