Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday inaugurated a 30-bedded hospital at Dergaon in Golaghat district of Assam.
The hospital named as Nahardonga Model Hospital was inaugurated in presence of BJP MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa and MLA Bhabendra Nath Bharali.

The hospital was built at a cost of Rs 5 crore and was opened to help the local people of Dergaon get access to good and modern healthcare facilities.
It is a development in the healthcare sector of Assam under the rule of the BJP government.
Apart from boosting of healthcare in Golaghat district, the hospital will also generate employment for a lot of people associated with the medical fraternity.
