Dibrugarh: The Election Commission of India (ECI) released the draft photo electoral rolls on December 27, 2025, with January 1, 2026, as the qualifying date.
According to the draft voter list, Dibrugarh district in Assam has a total of 1,043,679 voters. Of these, 505,235 are male, 538,434 are female, and 10 are third-gender voters.
In the 87th ChabuaโLahowal Assembly Constituency, the total number of voters stands at 179,089, comprising 86,324 male voters, 92,764 female voters, and one third-gender voter.
The 88th Dibrugarh Assembly Constituency has a total of 196,675 voters, including 94,172 male voters, 102,501 female voters, and two third-gender voters.
In the 89th Khawang Assembly Constituency, the voter strength is 156,880, with 76,162 male voters, 80,715 female voters, and three third-gender voters.
The 90th Duliajan Assembly Constituency has 178,920 voters, including 87,156 male voters, 91,761 female voters, and three third-gender voters.
The 91st Tingkhong Assembly Constituency has a total of 175,064 voters, consisting of 84,595 male voters and 90,469 female voters.
The 92nd Naharkatiya Assembly Constituency has 157,047 voters, including 76,822 male voters, 80,224 female voters, and one third-gender voter.
According to the final voter list dated January 6, 2025, voter enrolment increased by 1.35 percent in Dibrugarh district. The 87th ChabuaโLahowal Assembly Constituency recorded an increase of 1.63 percent, the 88th Dibrugarh Assembly Constituency saw a rise of 1.18 percent, the 90th Duliajan Assembly Constituency registered an increase of 1.03 percent, the 91st Tingkhong Assembly Constituency saw a rise of 1.30 percent, and the 92nd Naharkatiya Assembly Constituency recorded an increase of 1.24 percent.
The draft electoral rolls will be available at the offices of the Election Registration Officers (Additional Deputy Commissioners/District Commissionerโs Office) and at the respective polling stations.
Voters may submit claims and objections between December 27, 2025, and January 22, 2026, using the prescribed forms at the office of the Election Registration Officer or through the Booth Level Officer (BLO) of the concerned polling station.
All claims and objections will be disposed of by February 2, 2026, and the final electoral roll will be published on February 10, 2026.
Election officials will hold special camps on January 3 and 4, 2026, and January 10 and 11, 2026, to include, correct, and delete names, with assistance from BLOs at designated polling stations and Gram Sabha locations.
