Assam budget 2018 is currently underway with Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma presenting the budget in the digital format for the first time at Assam Legislative Assembly. The Assam budget speech can be accessed live on social media Facebook, Twitter updates can be found on the Finance Minister’s official Twitter handle from 10.30 am onwards.
