The Assam Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) on Friday declared the HSLC/AHM Examination 2021 results.
According to the results declared by the SEBA, 93.10% of the total candidates passed the HSLC Examination 2021.

There were a total of 4,26,553 candidates, including 1,97,565 male and 2,28,988 female, who appeared in the examination and out of them 3,97,132 cleared the examination.
Of the total candidates, who cleared the examination include 1,84,411 male and the pass percentage of boys is 93.34% while 2,12,721 female candidates cleared the examination.
The pass percentage of the girls in the HSLC examination 2021 is 92.90% compared to the pass percentage of 64.80 in 2020 and 60.23% in 2019.

While a total of 88,521 candidates secured first division, 1,60,298 candidates have secured second division and 1,48,313 have secured third division.
The results of 16 candidates have been withheld.
The HSLC Examination this year could not be held due to the Covid19 situation in the state.
The evaluations have been done on the basis of data provided by the evaluation committee.
As announced earlier, no position (Top 10) has been announced this year.
While a total of 10,348 candidates including 4,797 male and 5,551 female, have secured Distinction Marks (510 & above), a total of 20,092 candidates including 9,334 male and 10,758 have secured Star Marks (450 & above).
SEBA secretary Suranjana Senapati said: “The holding of HSLC/AHM Examination, 2021 was cancelled vide notification No. ASE.380/2010/Pt/137 dated June 19, 2021 by Education Department, Govt. of Assam due to Covid-19 pandemic and an alternate method of evaluation was suggested vide Notification No. ASE.16/2016/Pt-II/68 dated July 1 2021 and subsequent Notification No. ASE.16/2016/Pt-II/94 dated July 8 2021 in accordance with the Govt. order.”
“The evaluation process was completed on the basis of information provided by School Evaluation Committee as well as District Level Scrutiny Committee,” she mentioned.
The students will be able to download their digital mode of Marks-sheets through websites or can view their Marks-sheet through Mobile App.
For downloading the Marks-sheet, students will have to enter their Roll and No. in the space provided. For example: If the Roll is B21-0001, No. is 0012 then candidates will have to enter Roll: B21- No.: 0001 0012
