A case has been registered against a BJP leader from Margherita in eastern Assam’s Tinsukia district for his alleged “derogatory” Facebook post against Nagaon MP Pradyut Bordoloi.
The case (no 306/19) was registered against BJP leader Rupam Deodhai Baruah at Margherita police station under section 67 of the IT Act and 294 (A), 500/506 of the IPC.
