A biker died in a road mishap at Juraphukuri in Hojai district of Assam on Wednesday afternoon.
As per information, a bike bearing registration number AS-02-K-3479 collided with a truck bearing registration number AS-01-M-4901 along National Highway 54 on Wednesday at around 4:50 pm.
The biker died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Ranjan Das, a 30 years old and a resident of Purbh Nabhanga under Hojai police station.
As soon as Sankardev Nagar Police got information they reached the spot and sent the body to Lanka Civil Hospital and took the truck in their custody.
Further investigation is going on.
