The Marwari Sammelan Hojai Unit felicitated three Covid19 warriors for their dedicated services to society.
The Covid19 warriors, who were felicitated, are journalists Ramesh Mundra, Niranjan Sarawagi and Nikhil Kr. Mundra (Northeast Now).

The programme was organised at the premises of Ram Sadhan, located at Laxminarayan Temple campus in Hojai on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, Kamkhya Prasad Sarawagi, president of Marwari Sammelan Hojai Unit and general secretary Mahesh Chanani acknowledged the services of the scribes.
They said the journalists work for the society and due to their efforts, the people get the latest updates of the happenings in the district.

Senior journalist Ramesh Mundra thanked Marwari Sammelan Hojai Unit for recognising their services for a social cause.
He said, “True appreciation always boosts the enthusiasm thereby encourages one to work more for the society.”
The previous committee of the unit was dissolved at the same programme and Hojai’s noted social worker Pradeep Kumar Sureka was unanimously selected as the new president of the unit.
Addressing the general session, Sureka greeted everyone.
Sureka said during his tenure, he will work taking everyone into confidence for the greater cause of society.
A total of 14 lifetime members were felicitated and presented certificates at the event.
The event, anchored by Niranjan Sarawagi, concluded with a vote of thanks by Praveen Sarawagi.
