The van was moving from Kalaktang in Arunachal Pradesh towards Udalguri in Assam.

However, the driver of the vehicle managed to flee under the cover of darkness.

The  SSB team handed over the seized cannabis to the Balemu Police station.

The SSB personnels have been conducting special operations in the West Kameng district to combat anti-social activities in the region.

They are also trying to sensitize the locals to give up the illegal cultivation of cannabis in the region.
