Assam: Kaziranga National Park organizes quiz contest for students

The Kaziranga National Park Authority has organized a quiz competition on October 8 next commemorating with the 64th Wildlife Week 2018 at the Centenary Convention Hall at Kohora of the Kaziranga National Park in Assam.

The quiz competition is for students from ninth standard to university level of institutions belonging to neighbouring districts of Kaziranga Tiger Reserve.

These districts include Golaghat, Karbi Anglong, Nagaon, Sonitpur and Biswanath.

According to the guidelines laid down by the organizers, one team comprising maximum of three participants can participate from each educational institution.

The quiz competition begins at 10 am on October 8 next.

The competition carries cash awards of Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively for the first, second and third prizes along with certificates.

The quiz competition is organized by Kaziranga National Park Authority in association with WWF, The Corbett Foudnation, Wildlife Trust of India, Bhumi and Aaranyak.
