Assam Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi interacted with 15 Direct Trainee Gazetted Officers of 49th batch, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in the conference hall of the Raj Bhavan in Guwahati on Friday.
Welcoming the trainee officers, the Governor hailed their decision of joining the CRPF and urged upon them to serve the nation selflessly.

The approach ‘My Nation First’ should be made as a way of life, said the Governor, while exhorting the trainee officers to work hard to advance in their professional status.
Governor Mukhi also urged the officers to ‘expand their knowledge and skills’ and wished them all success in their future endeavours.
He also appealed them to work relentlessly for the welfare of the country and the people.
