Prof Mukhi asserted that although Assam is hardly connected with the mainland of India through a narrow land of Kisanganj, still it has got all the cultural and intellectual potentials which make the State stand high with cultural and natural blessings.

Prof Mukhi also exhorted that language can never be a hindrance to achieve success and it is the knowledge which actually reflects the persons’ identity.

“If a person has intelligence and quality he can anyway excel in his life. Language is just a medium to communicate and not the knowledge itself,” he added.
