To popularize Sanskrit among students, Lok Bhasha Prachar Samiti organized a ten day camp on Sanskrit language at Sampoorna Kendriya Vidyalaya in eastern Assam’s Dibrugarh.

The ten days camp on Sanskrit language was concluded on Wednesday. Altogether, 51 students of SKV attended in the ten days camp and learnt Sanskrit language.

Lok Bhasha Prachar Samiti has been organizing such camps all over India to popularize the Indian language.

It might be noted that Lok Bhasha Prachar Samiti has been giving stress to popularise Sanskrit language among the school students.

Speaking on the occasion, RSS Akhil Bharatiya National executive, Gaurishankar Chakraborty said, “Sanskrit is one of the ancient language but some in India says that Sanskrit was a dead language. Without Sanskrit no other language will exist because Sanskrit is the mother of all language. Our culture and traditions is associated with Sanskrit language we cannot discard the language. We should encourage the students to learn Sanskrit.”

Chakraborty added, “India have lots of resources but we don’t know our great history. Our forefathers have done great work for our rich cultural and tradition. We should encourage our students to learn Sanskrit language.”

Sanskrit professor of DHSK college Kalyani Das, Director of SKV BM Naidu, principal of SKV Mahsewata Newar and Vinay Sharmah, state secretary of Lok Bhasha Prachar Samiti were present at the programme.
