Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal blew the BJP trumpet at Bordumsa addressing an election rally at Mahadevpur general play ground under 48 Lekang constituency in Namsai district of Arunachal Pradesh.
Sonowal during his address while underlining the various achievments of the BJP government at the centre and the state of Arunachal Pradesh tried to convince that Narendra Modi led BJP government would come to power again to lead the nation for overall development of the nation and the people.
Sonowal beating the saffron drum to woo the electorates urged the Lekang People to support Tapir Gao the BJP candidate for the Eastern Parliamentary seat of the state and Jummum Ete Deori the saffron candidate for 48 Lekang Constituency.
PRC issue occupied the centre stage during the poll bulge wherein Sonowal assured the non-APST people of Lekang that Gao on his victory in the general election would definitely take up the cause of PRC once again and come up-to the expectations of the people.
The chief minister lambasting the Congress said that development on different fields including road and Highways, infrastructure, Telcom and digital services etc picked up extensively in the land locked state only due the pioneering leadership of Narendra Modi.
Taking a dig at the rival congress, Chowna Mein, the deputy chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh with adequate documenery and audio-visual evidences in hand alleged that the Congress chief Takam Sanjay was the mastermind behind behind the violence sparked in Itanagar earlier in February centering round the grant PRC to the 6 Non APST tribe of Namsai and Changlang district.
Mein briefing the horrible experience of the Itanagar incident touching all the relevant tails said that Congress, NPP and PPA never supported the cause of extending the PRC privilege to these deserving communities like Moran, Mottock, Deori, Mising Ahom and Adivasi of the two said districts but while begging for votes in Lekang the Congress leaders speak otherwise.
Lambasting the dual policy of the Congress, Mein urged the people of Lekang to support the local daughter of the soil Jummum Ete Deori, the BJP candidate for Lekang seat.
