Assam and Arunachal Pradesh are likely to witness rains on Friday as a trough is seen extending from Assam to south Bangladesh and the humid winds from the Bay of Bengal are increasing moisture over East Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

Regarding temperatures, Arunachal Pradesh will witness cool weather during the day and chilly nights. Meanwhile, weather of Assam and remaining Northeast India will be comfortable.
