Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju, met a group of students from IIM Ahmedabad, on Saturday on the way to Bumla, which was blocked by heavy snow.
The Bum La Pass is located about 37 km away from Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, at the Indo-China border above 15,200 ft above sea level.

The students of IIM Ahmedabad, clicked pictures and shared hot cups of tea with the Union Minister.
Kiren Rijiu was in Tawang from Friday where he attended various functions and was on his way to Bumla on Saturday.
But heavy snowfall at 11,000 to 15,000 ft blocked Tawang- Shungatser/Bumla road where Rijiju came to meet the border people.

The Union Minister also visited the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja Statue at Maratha Ground in a remote border on the way to Bumla in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh.
