Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the new RCC bridge over Sissari river along National Highway-52 in Arunachal Pradesh on Friday.
Constructed by the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation, the bridge was informally opened for commuters after conducting a test drive.

East Siang deputy commissioner Kinny Singh has issued a travel advisory, informing that the Pasighat-Roing route via Sisar bridge will be closed down from 7 am to 3 pm on Friday owing to Singh’s visit.
“Movement of vehicles other than ambulance and emergency services will be strictly prohibited along the route for the day,” the DC said.
“Commuters are advised to take alternate routes on the day,” she added.

The bridge links Aohali in East Siang and Dambuk in Lower Dibang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh.
