Defence minister Rajnath Singh reached Tawang, on Thursday, who is on a two-day visit. to Arunachal Pradesh where he will take part in a series of programmes.
Singh was accorded a warm reception upon his arrival by Chief Minister Pema Khandu.

The defence minister took part in the 11th Maitree Diwas celebrations of Civil-Army friendship at Tawang on Thursday and declared it open.
It will be celebrated for two days at Gyalwa Tsangyang Gyatso High Altitude Stadium Tawang.
Singh will also inaugurate the new RCC bridge over Sissari river along National Highway-52 in Arunachal Pradesh on Friday.
As the defence minister, this is Rajnath Singh’s maiden visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
