The Indian Army, Navy and Air Force on Sunday showcased solidarity with country’s Covid-19 warriors by organising a unique series of activities across the nation.

In Itanagar, an Indian Air Force chopper flew past the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences showering flower petals on the health workers and saluting them for their efforts.

A large number of medical officials and people from all walks of life witnessed the fly-past and cheered the healthcare workers for their relentless services.

Governor Brig (Retd) B D Mishra has commended the goodwill gesture of the Indian Armed Forces.

He said that the gesture will definitely motivate the Corona Warriors of the state in their fight against the coronavirus.
