Dibrugarh: The Yachuli Constituency Employees Forum (YCEF) on Saturday convened its fourth general conference at Chopu Fish Farm in Arunachal Pradesh’s Keyi Panyor district, bringing together employees, community members, and local leaders in a reaffirmation of unity and developmental commitment.
Keyi Panyor Zilla Parishad Chairperson Nadam Piju attended the event as the guest of honour, while MLA of the 16th Yachuli ST Assembly Constituency, Toko Tatung, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering, Tatung commended the forum for fostering professional solidarity, integrity, and social responsibility among employees.
He emphasised that sustainable development can only be realised when public servants work in harmony with the aspirations of the people.
“Organisations such as YCEF serve as vital catalysts for unity and a sense of duty that transcends individual interests,” he said, urging members to continue contributing to the constituency’s progress.
Speakers highlighted the pivotal role of employees in nation-building and exhorted members to uphold discipline, accountability, and unwavering dedication to public service.
The conference was also attended by ZPM Toko Chada, Likha Nunu Nabam, Khoda Lelu, Neelam Richo, Likha Teti, and YCEF founder president T. D. Neckom, among others.
Deliberations focused on organisational strengthening, future initiatives, and reinforcing unity among employees, reflecting YCEF’s enduring commitment to collective progress.
