Guwahati: Techi Ngangu Gerchi, Kabak Mallam, and Bialok Ragit from Arunachal Pradesh have been selected to represent India at the World Senior and Master Kickboxing Championships 2025, to be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from November 21 to 30, according to The Arunachal Times.

The trio earned their place on the national team after strong performances in national-level selection events, demonstrating exceptional skill, discipline, and dedication.

Their selection highlights Arunachal Pradeshโ€™s growing contribution to Indiaโ€™s combat sports talent.

Gopal Moran, technical director of the Kickboxing Association of Arunachal, expressed pride in the athletesโ€™ achievement and extended his best wishes.

He also appealed to the state government and sports authorities to support the athletes as they prepare for the prestigious international event.

The World Senior and Master Kickboxing Championships will bring together top competitors from around the world, making it one of the sportโ€™s most competitive platforms.
