Guwahati: Alliance Air has introduced new flight services between Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh and Guwahati, Assam operating four days a week.
Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu stated that this development promises to bridge the connectivity gap in the region, fostering economic growth, tourism, and business opportunities.

The flight frequency will be four days a week including Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Additionally, Rupsi Airport has resumed operations, connecting Guwahati and Kolkata three days a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), reports stated.

Alliance Air will manage these flights under the UDAN scheme, with plans to increase frequency to five days a week later this month.
