Arunachal Pradesh Police and Assam Rifles during a joint operation apprehended two hardcore cadres of the United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) recently from Tirap district.
Assam Rifles in a tweet on Tuesday evening said the successful operation was carried out by it jointly with Arunachal Pradesh Police and nabbed the two ULFA(I) cadres from Noglo in Tirap district.

The operation was conducted on November 14.
The operation was carried out on the basis of specific inputs, sources said.
The ULFA(I) cadres have been handed over to Lazu police station for further legal action.
