Organising secretary Nich Bapu, in his welcome address informed that more sporting events would be organized in the future between the two villages.

He also thanked Arunachal State Badminton Association and Capital Badminton Club for their support in organizing the tournament.

Among others, Arunachal Olympic Association vice president Toko Teki, state chief information commissioner Dr Joram Begi, Papum Pare deputy commissioner Dr Joram Beda and Yachuli ADC J T Obi were present on the occasion.
