ITANAGAR: Security forces in Arunachal Pradesh’s Longding district have confiscated 1.757 kg of opium from the residence of NSCN-KYA member Azen Wangsu.
The Military Intelligence ECIB and personnel from 24 Assam Rifles launched joint operations based on specific intelligence about the opium’s presence.

In the operation, a total of 11 individuals were apprehended, including nine Myanmar nationals.
All arrested individuals have been handed over to Longding Police for further investigation.
