Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu has appraised Ananata Bhuyan, the additional director general of NCC (North East Region) of the state government’s policy on recruiting National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets in various government jobs.
Khandu met Bhuyan at his official residence in Itanagar on Wednesday.

The Arunachal government is working on a policy to recruit trained NCC cadets in the state’s police force and other vacant posts in different government departments at present.
“A detailed policy on the recruitment of trained NCC cadets in State Police Force and other State Government jobs are being worked out. This was informed to Major General Ananta Bhuyan, Addl Director General, NCC, NE Region during his call on today,” Pema Khandu tweeted.

The NCC has been trying to induct more students from Arunachal Pradesh and also spread its various activities to the nooks and corners of the state.
Arunachal Pradesh Governor BD Mishra had also asked the NCC cadets in the state to develop the spirit of nationalism and strive towards protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India.
