DDSE Yirang felt satisfied over his initiative of organizing a new pattern of Annual Sports Meet of Upper Primary School level since some couple of years ago whose results are being seen today where students are excelling in football.

The Annual Upper Primary School Level Games & Sports Meet at Mebo area is basically funded by Mebo local MLA Lombo Tayeng under his MLA LAD fund by sanctioning Rs five lakhs each year for the sports meet.

Gradually after the success of the sports meet in Mebo, DDSE Yirang extended the meet at 37th and 38th Pasighat also but it didn’t get much supports as like in Mebo by local MLA.

On their part, DFA president, General Jamoh, ABK East Siang general secretary, Talut Siram and others appreciated the hard work of the players and suggested them to play better in national level so as to make entire Arunachal Pradesh proud.
