Arunachal Chief Minister Pema Khandu called on Governor Brig (Retd) BD Mishra at Raj Bhavan on Friday and discussed the overall development plans of the state.

The Governor and the CM discussed at length about the road conditions in different parts of the state which are in a dilapidated condition due to the torrential rains.

Various infrastructural issues in the health and education sectors were also discussed.

It was decided to increase the efforts and the necessary documentation must be completed for streamlining of financial issues, especially payment of salaries of government employees regularly.

The Governor appreciated the CM and his team for organising the 1st State Level Heads of School Conference, which he said was a very innovative and far-sighted step.
