East Arunachal Lok Sabha MP Tapir Gao called upon the students for pursuing excellence with a futuristic mindset in their chosen fields to achieve success in life.
Attending the third convocation ceremony of the Apex Professional University (APU) at Paighat in eastern Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday, Gao said the real world was full of challenges, which the students should to face with self-confidence.
Gao observes that the private universities with institutions of technical educations are making Arunachal state a hub of higher and quality education.
He laid stress on the need for efforts by all the stakeholders, exhorted them to explore opportunities in various sectors, to be enterprising and create self-employment opportunities.
Arunachal Pradesh minister for health & family welfare, Alo Libang advised the students to remember the contributions made by their teachers and parents.
He urged the university professors to make efforts to provide quality education to students in various streams.
APU chancellor Dr Acharya Dhanwant Singh in his address, advised the students to have innovative thinking and go ahead with team spirit.
Vice chancellor Prof Ashok Kumar informed of the various courses offered by the university besides the activities undertaken by the university.
The third convocation was held for BA and BSc 2016-19, MA, MSc 2017-19, BLib, MLib 2018-19 and LLB 2016-19 batches.
