Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will visit Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh on May 29.
She will be there to take stock of the border situation and a brief discussion with officials and hold a press conference at New Convention Hall in Itanagar, said Tezpur based Defence Spokesperson Lt.Col.Harsh Wardhan Pande .

This is her third visit to Arunachal Pradesh. Earlier she had visited Chabua air base Dibrugarh of Indian Air Force station as part of the Gagan Shakti Exercise 2018 and also visited bordering Advanced Landing Ground near International border China ,on April 19 .
