In addition to good food, performance by different bands from the Northeast and other parts of the country entertained the crowd on all days of the fest.

There are also stalls by chefs from North India and different game zones to appeal to small children and the youth.

People loved the band performances. The performance by Suraj Mani, a prominent name in the independent music scene in India came as a surprise for music lovers on the first night.

New Delhi rapper Prabh Deep’s performance was also well received but it was Moksh and Orko, who stole the show. Guwahatians are also looking forward to Arogya from Sikkim who performed on the second day.

As a result of the rising popularity of ‘momos’ amongst city dwellers, the festival has turned into a successful yearly event.
