After Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh now PM Narendra Modi’s next targets are the three poll- bound North East states – Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland, senior BJP leader and in-charge of the North East Ajay Jamwal said.
Ajay Jamwal, BJP NE state General Secretary (organisation) who is on a two days visit to the state to discuss the organisational activities and preparation with the local leadership at the Agartala state guest house said, “Our main election issue will be saab ka saath, saab ka vikash, and the Prime Minister will now concentrate on Meghalaya, Tripura and Nagaland as these are poll bound states. He is launching his election campaign from Meghalaya on Saturday and in coming days shall visit Tripura so that here also BJP can form its government. In Friday’s exit polls in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh we are forming the government. For similar results and election preparedness he is coming to this region.”
He also assured that this time the BJP is going to form government in the Left bastion Tripura.
“We are surely to form the government this time here because the people of Tripura want BJP and the Modi government to come to power here,” the BJP leader said.
He informed that the main issues against the CPI-M led Left Front government in the coming election shall be corruption, unemployment and stagnated development and the people of the state have faith over Modi and who can change the scenario of the state.
When asked that the CPI-M is projecting the BJP as a communal party the BJP leader on the contrary alleged that Communists are actually communal and a party of hooligans.
Meantime, BJP state president Biplab Kumar Deb who was accompanying the senior BJP leader informed that on Thursday the apex court has ordered the state government to terminate the appointments of all 10,323 teachers who were illegally appointed and after December 31 they shall get fresh appointment on new terms and condition as ad-hoc teachers for just six months so that the education system does not collapse in the state after their termination.
