Fifteen (15) new COVID-19 cases were reported in China on Friday, mounting the country’s tally to 82,933. Of these, 11 are asymptomatic ones.

China’s National Health Commission (NHC) informed that four new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported on Thursday and these were all locally transmitted from Jilin.
With the 11 new asymptomatic cases, the total number of asymptomatic infections has risen to 619.
Wuhan so far has recorded 492 asymptomatic infections among these 619 cases.

Strict control measures have already been imposed in Jilin city to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Reportedly, six new confirmed cases were reported in Wuhan early this week.
