New Delhi: A powerful explosion rocked a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) school in Delhi’s Rohini early Sunday morning, causing significant damage to the school’s infrastructure but thankfully resulting in no casualties.
The incident occurred near the CRPF school in Prashant Vihar around 7:47 AM. Forensic teams, bomb disposal squads, and officers from the Delhi Police’s special cell swiftly arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the blast.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing a loud explosion followed by a cloud of smoke rising from the area. Local residents said the blast shattered windows of nearby cars and damaged shop signboards.
Police officials, including senior officer Amit Goel, have stated that experts are examining the site to determine the nature of the explosion.
While initial investigations have not revealed any suspicious objects, authorities are exploring the possibility of a leak in the underground sewage line as a potential cause.
