Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will be visiting Odisha on May 9 to campaign for Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP)
It has been reported that Sarma will address public gatherings in Malkangiri, Khallikote & Chitrakonda while Gadkari in Puri and Krushnaprasad.

Assam Chief Minister on Tuesday cast his vote in Amingaon polling station for Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency.
Speaking to reporters, Sarma on Tuesday said, “Today is the last day of the Assam (Lok Sabha) elections. We have completed it peacefully. We recorded almost 80% voter turnout in the first two phases. I thank the whole of Assam for peaceful voting. I am sure that the people of Assam will support a Bharat that will become Vishwa Guru and achieve the goals in Amrit Kaal”
