Assam: Bikers seen with "weapons" in Guwahati, turns out to be film props

Guwahati: A video clip was widely circulated online showing two individuals riding a motorcycle in Guwahati, Assam carrying what appeared to be weapons (AK47 rifles).

However, it was later found that the “weapons” were actually wooden props used for a web series shoot.

The motorcycle, bearing registration number AS25U2909, was ridden by Vishal Bharadwaj, accompanied by pillion rider Prabal Goswami.

The duo was part of a film crew shooting a short film titled “Tomar Babe”.

The film was reportedly being shot near Anuradha Cinema in Geetanagar.

The wooden items were rented from a set designer, Narayan, for the shoot, which took place on August 25.

The filming concluded at 3:30 AM, and the riders were returning the props to Narayan when the video was captured.
