He was honoured for his community focused work on environment in the northeastern region by motivating youths for Environmental Conservation activity for nation building works.

The young researcher cum environmentalist is working on several initiatives to integrate sustainable approaches in various heritage iconic places in Assam especially as, Kamakhya and Basistha Temple, on Cleanliness Mission, Beat Plastic Pollution, and Environmental Conservation programs by promoting environment education both in school and community levels.
He wants to achieve Global Sustainable Goal Mission and Climate Change challenges by proper environment education.
He is working on topics like environmental research, environmental management, social mass sensitization activities, promoting eco-tourism and environment conservation activities for Assam, and the country for a long time and has published several national, international scientific research papers/reports in reputed journals.
