Guru Rewben Masangwa, the maestro from Manipur is set to perform at the Navarasa Duende Global Carnival. The Navarasa Duende Global Carnival will start from February23-25 ,this year, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.
Masangwa is a folk musician and singer renowned worldwide for his initiative of introducing Manipuri folk music to the global stage. He is most notable for reviving the musical traditions of Tangkhul Nagas and combining it with the soulful blues traditions of the West.

Known popularly as The Bob Dylan of the Nagas, Masangwa will be performing in the session of the carnival called ‘Instincts’ along with Meghalaya’s Lou Majaw and the band Advaita, based in Delhi.
Navarasa Duende is the first of its kind event dedicated solely to arts and entertainment that will witness the participation of over 400 artists from different parts of the world. The Global Carnival will feature a unique get together of different art forms such as opera, jazz, classical music, world movies folk music etc.
